1. Information We Collect At this stage we collect only the information you actively and voluntarily provide:

• Your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you submit a form (workshop registration, coaching inquiry, newsletter signup, or contact request).
• Any additional details you choose to share in messages or during workshops/coaching sessions (always with your clear consent).
• Order information when you purchase products through our Fullscript integration (this is processed directly by Fullscript — we receive only limited confirmation details).

We do not currently collect or use IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, or any other technical/usage data for tracking, analytics, or personalization. Our website is deliberately set up to minimize data collection.

2. How We Use Your Information We use the information you provide only to:

• Respond to your inquiries and process workshop or coaching registrations.
• Fulfill product orders through our Fullscript partnership.
• Send you the educational content or event information you requested (easy unsubscribe at any time).
• Improve our Wheel of Health offerings based on direct feedback you choose to give.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies Our website currently does not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics), or any third-party tracking tools. We do not set cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling.

If we add analytics or measurement tools in the future to better understand how our community engages with educational material and the Wheel of Health, we will update this Privacy Policy, provide clear notice, and give you choice where possible.

4. How We Share Your Information We share information only when necessary and with your trust in mind:

• With Fullscript for product order fulfillment and support (you are also subject to Fullscript’s Privacy Statement).
• With essential service providers (such as email delivery for newsletters or form processing) that are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• When required by law or to protect safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your Rights & Choices You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info.cphealth@pm.me. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click. If you are in California or the EU/UK, you have additional legal rights — we will honor them fully.

6. Data Security We use reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information we hold. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with the same care we bring to the Wheel of Health philosophy.

8. Children’s Privacy Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
